Starting young in his family catering business, owner – Jeremy Eliades has a vast array of experience in the food service and events industry. Jeremy has been working alongside his mother Jenny, a highly recognised figure in the food, event and catering industry.
Jeremy began his passion for cooking and baking for Top Cat Catering at a tender age of 8 years old. By the age of sixteen, Jeremy was cooking with some of the world’s elite internationally. Jeremy prepared, cooked and plated alongside Gordon Ramsey kitchen and head chef cooking a 9 course degustation for the Dubai Royal Family in Dubai.
Jeremy has worked closely with Top Cat Catering being the head recipe developer and food plating strategist. In 2010, Jeremy decided to extend his career into baking, patisserie and cake decorating. Focusing on Couture Wedding cakes which would be a statement feature for every wedding he worked on for Top Cat Catering.
“My goal was to introduce handcrafted wedding cakes, baked from scratch using fresh and quality ingredients leaving every guest with an amazing taste sensation…” says Jeremy.
Jeremy Eliades also is a owner and managing director of Top Cat InStyle, a well respected event, decor and floral company based in Sydney’s eastern suburbs. Over the last 6 years, Top Cat Catering have worked closely to plan, coordinate and style every function. Focussing on Luxury Weddings, Birthdays and Corporate functions, Top Cat InStyle design extraordinary settings perfectly suiting the clients taste, the venues perspective and encapsulating the best decor furnishings and floral masterpieces.
